Performance Cycle Coaching Structured Quality endurance training with coach Lee Povey at Hellyer Velodrome, San Jose CA, Thursday evenings 18.00-20.30 (warm up starts at 18.15 prompt) running from April through September.
These weekly training sessions are ideal for any endurance rider looking to raise their fitness levels. The sessions are coach led and structured high quality work outs with a variety of drills aimed at getting the maximum training effect from the time available, these are as hard as you want to make them but certainly not easy. The exercises will be designed to accommodate various levels of fitness and ability.
There will also be space for sprinters to do efforts in between the endurance exercises but you must contact Lee 1st and be aware that it will be a limited number of efforts.
Riders must have track bunch experience eg raced before or attended Steve’s Monday night class. Age 14 and over. Bike rentals $5
Cost is $12 (waived for PCC coached athletes) each plus the usual track fee of $5 (except juniors or supervisors).
