WORKOUT FOCUS: These weekly training sessions are ideal for any rider looking to raise their fitness, endurance, speed and skill levels. The sessions are coach led structured high quality workouts with a variety of drills aimed at getting the maximum training effect from the time available, these are as hard as you want to make them but certainly not easy. The exercises will be designed to accommodate various levels of fitness/ability and there will be plenty of technical feedback.
When: Monday Nights 6pm-8:30pm, starting March 2nd and going through September 21st
